The Festive wall manger that I planted a few weeks ago is looking good and the flowering plants are still blooming as a result of being so close to the wall. This also means that the overhanging eaves prevent rain getting to the manger so I have to water to keep the compost moist. To keep the display flowering the faded flowers need removing every few days and with the cyclamen it is important that the entire flower stalk is removed not just the dead flower head. If the old flower stalk is left on the plant it can rot back to the corm.
